3Green Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Certification
3Green is proud to announce that we are now ISO 9001:2008 certified. ISO certification is based on quality management principles including strong customer focus, motivation and implication of top management in the process approach, and continual improvement and review. The goal is to ensure our customers receive consistently high quality services. Being ISO certified means our customers can have confidence 3Green is committed to quality and outstanding customer service.
The certification of compliance with ISO 9001:2008 recognizes that the policies, practices and procedures of our company ensure consistent quality in the services we provide to our clients. With this certification, operators can be confident that 3Green is dedicated to maintaining the highest efficiency and responsiveness in achieving customer satisfaction.
In order to be compliant with ISO requirements 3Green underwent an evaluation process that included management system development, management system documentation review, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformancies, all of which work to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformancy to the management standard.
The process concluded in a comprehensive registration audit by BSI. In order to maintain our certification, BSI will perform annual audits to ensure compliance and to assess initiatives for continued improvement. Our clients can be confident that 3Green will continue to provide the high quality services they have come to expect well into the future.
